How to change careers and not loose money

Hi!

I want to change careers. I am in sales now and make good money, but I don't feel passion any more like I use to.

Now I am drawn to the spiritual side of life and want to have a career in this area. I have had pretty amazing experiences and want to help and be with people who are also into this kind of thing.

But I am afraid I will loose money changing careers.
Any advice here?

The best advice is to set goals.
What is it that you want to accomplish and how much time will you allow yourself?

Let the goals of changing careers and your income targets be on the challenging side and at the same time be achievable in your eyes.
